Code of Conduct

All guests in our space are expected to:

• Be kind and inclusive to people and cats
• Ask for consent and follow staff guidance when interacting with cats
• Use calm voices and respectful language
• Support beginners and create a pressure-free atmosphere
• Report concerns to staff immediately

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Rough handling, chasing, or stressing the cats
• Feeding cats without staff permission
• Loud, disruptive, or aggressive behavior
• Profanity or abusive language
• Theft or damage to property
• Being under the influence of illegal drugs or causing unsafe conditions

Violations of this code of conduct may result in:

1. Verbal Warning - First minor offense
2. Temporary Ban - Repeated offenses (24 hours to 7 days)
3. Permanent Ban - Serious violations or repeated temporary bans
4. Legal Action - For criminal behavior or property damage

All decisions are made at the discretion of staff and management.

To ensure everyone has a great experience:

• Respect Game Rules - Follow all game rules and mechanics
• Fair Play - No cheating or unfair advantages
• Sportsmanship - Win or lose gracefully
• Keep It Calm - Be mindful of volume and pace
• Help New Players - Welcome and assist newcomers
• Clean Up - Return cards and materials to their proper places

Power Outlet Usage

Power outlets are available for charging personal devices. Please unplug when not in use and do not overload the circuits.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Please enjoy our café menu instead to keep the space clean and safe for the cats.

Cat Comfort & Consent

Cats are free to roam. Please let them approach you, avoid flash photography, and follow staff guidance at all times.

No Vaping or Smoking

Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Please use designated outdoor areas if available.
